"Fantastic customer service , I’m horrible at explaining issues. Tracey was so patient when I called into Kris Yoders office in Fairbanks today. She knew exactly what I was trying to say and assisted me right away and took care of multiple things that I needed to, one of which was setting up a beacon in a new vehicle. She made everything fast, easy, simple and made me feel like I had all the support I needed to download my first official app and complete the install, which I did! Great people working in Fairbanks with the company . Spencer was also very helpful bundling insurance and getting me a first time home owner a fair quote . And there is one more lady who is very pleasant and always helpful, I want to say her name is Vail. Thank you very much , I’m very pleased with service and look forward to speaking further about life insurance next week . Christen in Nenena , Alaska"

"I went in to have someone removed off my insurance policy, and somehow that got mistaken as taking my car off insurance. For months I was oblivious to the fact that an agent made this mistake, and when I called to fix it, not only did they try to charge me more but the people I spoke to were rude and unprofessional. The callous way in which my issue was handled and the total lack of judgment these people make has consequences. I will now lose my job since I don't actually have insurance and I have had no help or compassion. The employees at Kris Yoders branch are completely inept, and it leave one to wonder how they have a job in the first place? I have never been treated this unprofessionally anywhere by any company before, especially State Farm, whom I've had as my insurance across multiple states. I implore you to work with a different branch, because youre one mistake away from being treated the way I was. This isnt McDonald's, the mistakes this company makes effects real lives and has dire consequences. The complete lack of judgemental and awareness needs to be looked into by someone higher up in the company and I hope this specific branch is shut down."

We reached out several times over several months & platforms in an attempt to bring your attention to the status of the account. With no response. We wish you luck with your job and hope you don't ignore notices from your future carrier. "
